Ica Mbebe

Director

Holding over 18 years of work experience, 15 of which has been in people and community upliftment projects, she is a strategist by nature. Ms Mbebe holds a Bachelor’s degree in General and Industrial Psychology, a Post-Graduate diploma in Business Management, and MBA, and has many other knowledge aspirations.

She is Passionate about people empowerment and business growth and sustainability, but at the core of it all, she is determined (however small the contribution) to help ordinary South Africans not only live better, but thrive! Hence why she founded Esinam GBS in 2006, with the objective to equip, inspire and learn from any person God sends her way.

Zinhle Shabalala

Zinhle is experienced in the corporate space of KZN, with extensive experience working with various industries including the Durban Chamber of Commerce, and was a 2nd assistant to a former Ethekwini Mayor. Zinhle believes in making full use of all opportunities that exist for corporates, communities, and the youth of this country, with the intent of seeing a better country for all.

Kwenziwe Sibeko

Office Manager

A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics holder, Kwenziwe is a seasoned planner with experience in administration, bookkeeping, budget management, client retention, and placement related roles. Kwenziwe also has experience tutoring individuals from both the secondary and tertiary education sectors, which is where her passion for education ignites from.

David Daniels

Placement Manager

David Daniels is a qualified Diesel Electrical Fitter, Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator. With a certificate in SHERQ Management, five years training experience as a Skill Development Officer, and fifteen years work experience in the engineering trade field. He has a good understanding of the Sector Education and Training Authority work environment, and a passion for Youth Empowerment and Development.

Themba Mbonesi

Placement Officer

A BCom Marketing and Business Management graduate, Themba is a registered Skills Development Facilitator. With experience working in Tertiary institutions, and in sales related roles, Themba developed a passion for Youth Upliftment, particularly in the education sector.

Thabiso Mhlongo

Thabiso is a youth full of hope. Having participated in the EGPP himself after completing his N6 Diploma in Public Management, Thabiso relates to the challenges faced by the youth of KZN. With a spring of ideas on how Esinam can best assist communities, Thabiso brings invaluable energy and drive to the team.

Sigcino Dladla

Admin Assistant

Public Management N6 Diploma holder, with a passion for engagement. Sigcino has an infectious laugh, which is always welcome, especially on the days where students need a pick-me-up. Sigcino is an aspiring trainer, having seen the impact that the EGPP has on youth from underprivileged backgrounds.

Andile Duku

Training Manager

 Andile Duku is a UNISA graduate from multiple disciplines, including a National diploma in Human Resources, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, as well as an honours degree in educational management. Andile is an experienced tutor at UNISA to first year students, and has experience in administration, has served as a post lecturer at Buffalo City TVET College, and is currently serving as a training manager at Esinam Global Business Services.

Andile considers himself as a very passionate and determined individual who strongly believes in up skilling individuals with skills and knowledge that is needed in the labor market. He enjoys working in teams to achieve the same common goal.
